Vatlappam
Ingredients for Vatlappam:
1. Eggs – 6, beaten
2. Jaggery – ¼ kg, melted
3. Coconut milk – ½ cup
4. Cardamom powder – 1 small spoon
How to prepare Vatlappam?
1. Mix all ingredients together to prepare the batter.
2. Grease a plate and pour the batter into it.
3. Steam cook it for 15 minutes.
4. Check if the vatlappam is well cooked by inserting a toothpick.
5. When it’s done, put off the flame and open the lid of steamer.
6. Allow your vatlappam to cool.
