
Ingredients for Potato Egg Salad:
- Mayonnaise – 2 cups
Salt and sugar – As needed
Amul Veg Cream – 1 small packet
Pepper crushed – 1 big spoon - Potato boiled and cut into square pieces – ¾ kilo
Green peas cooked – ½ cup - Celery chopped fine – 2 big spoons
- Eggs – 4, boiled and cut into square pieces
How to prepare Potato Egg Salad?
- Mix ingredients no: 1 together.
- Add cooked green peas and potato pieces to it and mix well.
- Add celery and mix well.
- Finally, mix with egg pieces.
- You can decorate the salad using a tomato. Cut out a flower shape from a tomato and decorate it.
