
Ingredients for Mutta Poricha Curry (Omelette Curry):
- Eggs – 4, beaten
- Shallots chopped – ½ cup
Green chillies chopped – 5
Curry leaves chopped – 1 small spoon
Coriander leaves chopped – 1 small spoon
Tomato chopped fine – 2 small spoons
Salt – For taste - Oil – ¼ cup
- Onions sliced – 3
- Garlic chopped – 2 small spoons
Green chillies split – 5 - Meat masala – 2 small spoons
Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
Chilli powder – ½ small spoon
Salt – For taste - Water – 1.5 cups
- Coconut grated – 1/2
How to prepare Mutta Poricha Curry (Omelet Curry)?
- Extract thick coconut milk from the grated coconut.
- Mix eggs with ingredients no: 2, beat well and prepare omelets.
- Cut omelets into small pieces.
- Heat oil and sauté the onions.
- Add ingredients no: 5 and sauté again.
- When onions turn golden brown, add ingredients no: 6.
- When masala items are well fried and give a pleasant aroma, add 1.5 cups of water.
- When water boils well, add coconut milk.
- Mix well and take off the curry from the flame.
- Add omelet pieces to the curry just before you serve.
