Ingredients for Easy Chicken:
- Breast of chicken – 1, cut into 1-inch lengths and ½ inch thickness
- Garlic – 4 or 5 cloves
- Red chillies – 2, crushed
- Onions – 1, chopped
- Capsicum – 1, chopped
- Soya sauce – ¼ small spoon
- Salt and oil – As required
How to prepare Easy Chicken?
- Heat the oil and add crushed garlic. Sauté it well.
- Add crushed red chillies and sauté again.
- Add onions and sauté well.
- Finally, add capsicum and sauté for a few minutes and take off the flame.
- In the remaining oil, sauté the chicken.
- When it is almost cooked and dries well, add the sauteed ingredients and mix well.
- Add soya sauce and salt and take off the flame.
- Serve hot with boiled rice.
