Ingredients for Easy Chicken:

  1. Breast of chicken – 1, cut into 1-inch lengths and ½ inch thickness
  2. Garlic – 4 or 5 cloves
  3. Red chillies – 2, crushed
  4. Onions – 1, chopped
  5. Capsicum – 1, chopped
  6. Soya sauce – ¼ small spoon
  7. Salt and oil – As required

How to prepare Easy Chicken?

  1. Heat the oil and add crushed garlic. Sauté it well.
  2. Add crushed red chillies and sauté again.
  3. Add onions and sauté well.
  4. Finally, add capsicum and sauté for a few minutes and take off the flame.
  5. In the remaining oil, sauté the chicken.
  6. When it is almost cooked and dries well, add the sauteed ingredients and mix well.
  7. Add soya sauce and salt and take off the flame.
  8. Serve hot with boiled rice.
