Turkish Grilled Fish recipe

Ingredients for Turkish Grilled Fish:

1. Pomfret (Avoli)/Seer fish (Neymeen)/Black King Fish (Motha) – ½ kg

2. Butter – 1 small spoon

    Thick curd – ½ cup

    Coriander leaves – A handful

    Garlic – 2 cloves

    Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

    Green chillies – 2

    Salt – For taste

3. Butter – 25 gm

4. Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon

5. Curd – ½ cup

    Green chillies – 2

    Coriander leaves – A little

    Salt – For taste

    Shallots – 1

    Sugar – ¼ small spoon

How to prepare Turkish Grilled Fish?

1. Marinate fish using ingredients no: 2.

2. Allow it to rest for at least half an hour.

3. Heat butter in a frying pan and add garlic.

4. Place the fish in the pan and cook it.

5. Fish should get a good coat of masala.

6. Serve your Turkish Grilled Fish with sauce.

7. To prepare the sauce, make a fine paste of ingredients no: 5 in a mixer.
