Tomato Celery Soup recipe

Ingredients for Tomato Celery Soup:

     1. Tomato – 400g 
     2. Onions cut into big pieces – 25g

3. Celery – 3 stems
4. Carrot – 3
5. Butter – 100g
6. Maida/Corn flour powder – As required
7. Salt – As needed
    Sugar – One small spoon
    White pepper powder – ½ tsp
8. Cream – As needed
9. Bread pieces – As required
10. Vegetable stock – As required

How to prepare Tomato Celery Soup?

1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. Sauté onions, celery, and carrot.
3. Cook the vegetables, adding maida or corn flour powder.
4. Heat the stock and add it to the cooked vegetables. Heat again on a low flame.
5. Grind the contents well in a mixer.
6. Add salt, sugar, and pepper powder and mix well.
7. Fry bread pieces in ghee and put them in the soup.
8. Pour cream on the top of the soup and serve hot.
