Thai Fish

Ingredients for Thai Fish:

1. Fish – ½ kg

2. Onions finely chopped – 1 cup

    Garlic – 8 cloves

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

    Salt and pepper – As required

    Tamarind juice – ¾ big spoon

3. Butter or oil – To fry

4. Vinegar – ½ big spoon

    Soya sauce – 1 big spoon

    Water – ½-3/4 cup

    Sugar – ½ small spoon

How to prepare Thai Fish?

1. Clean fish and cut into pieces.

2. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2 and marinate the fish.

3. Place the fish in refrigerator for 1 hour.

4. Heat oil or butter in a pan and fry fish pieces till both sides turn light brown.

5. Add ingredients no: 4 to it and cook fish in low flame.

6. Once it’s done, serve Thai Fish with white rice.
