Stir fried Thai Chicken

Ingredients for Stir Fried Thai Chicken:

1. Chicken – ½ kg, cut into square pieces

2. Maida – 1 small spoon

    Corn flour – 1 small spoon

    Salt – For taste

3. Oil – For frying

4. Oil – 2 small spoons

5. Onions chopped fine – ½ cup

    Red chillies cut into pieces – 2 small spoons

    Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon

    White sesame seeds – 1 small spoon

    Oyster sauce – 2 small spoons

    Tomato sauce – 2 small spoons

    Thick coconut milk – 2 big spoons

    Salt – For taste

6. White sesame seeds – To decorate

How to prepare Stir Fried Thai Chicken?

1. Mix ingredients no: 2 and roll chicken pieces in it.

2. Heat oil and deep fry them.

3. Heat oil in a pan, and sauté ingredients no: 5 in that order.

4. Add fried chicken pieces to it and mix well.

5. Continue cooking till chicken pieces get a good coat of the gravy.

6. Transfer your Stir Fried Thai Chicken to a serving plate and decorate with white sesame seeds.
