Steamed Prawn Momos

Ingredients for Steamed Prawn Momos:

1. Maida – 100 gm

    Salt – A pinch

    Oil – 1 small spoon

2. Water – As needed

3. Prawns – 100 gms, chopped fine

    Onion – 1, chopped fine

    Ginger-garlic paste – 1 big spoon

    Soya sauce – 1 small spoon

    Sesame oil – 1 big spoon

    Salt and pepper powder – As needed

    Soup cube – 1, powdered

    Coriander leaves chopped – 1 small spoon

    Spring onion – 1 stem, chopped

How to prepare Steamed Prawn Momos?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together, add water little by little and knead the dough.

2. Allow it to rest for 20 minutes, and then make small balls from it.

3. Spread them into poori-sized round shapes.

4. Mix ingredients no: 3 together and prepare the stuffing.

5. Place a big spoon of stuffing inside one poori and pleat it to prepare momos.

6. Also stick the sides, and steam cook in low flame for 15-20 minutes.
