Spinach Soup recipe

Ingredients for Spinach Soup:

1. Green spinach – A handful

2. Butter – 1 big spoon

3. Onions chopped – 2 big spoons

    Garlic – 2 cloves, chopped

4. Water – ½ cup

5. Pepper, salt – As needed

How to prepare Spinach Soup?

1. Remove the stem and take leaves only from spinach.

2. Heat butter in a pan, and sauté spinach, onion, and garlic.

3. Add half a cup of water and boil the contents.

4. When it’s well-cooked, turn off the flame and allow it to cool completely.

5. Make a fine paste using a mixer and pour it back into the pan.

6. Add enough salt and pepper powder, and boil it well.

7. Serve your spinach soup hot.
