
Ingredients for Soya Poha:
- Soya granules – Half cup
- Salt – As needed
Turmeric powder – One-fourth teaspoon - Poha (Aval/flattened rice) – One cup (Thick type)
- Oil – Two tablespoons
- Onion – One-fourth cup, chopped
- Tomato – Half, chopped
- Carrot, finely chopped – Two tablespoons
Beans finely chopped – Two tablespoons
Turmeric powder – One-fourth teaspoon
Salt – As needed
Chilli powder – Half a teaspoon
How to prepare Soya Poha?
- Wash the soya granules well, add salt and turmeric powder, and soak them in boiling water.
- Wash the poha three times, drain the water, and keep it aside to soften.
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté the onion well, then add the tomato and sauté again.
- Add the ingredients listed in section 7, mix and cook well.
- Add the soya mixture and poha, mix thoroughly, heat well, and remove from the stove.
