Soya – Paneer with Egg Masala
Ingredients for Soya – Paneer with Egg Masala:
- Soaked soya – ½ cup
- Paneer cubes – ½ cup
- Oil – 50 gm
- Sliced onion – 2
- Green chillies split into two – 4
- Tomato sliced thin – 1
- Ginger finely chopped – 1 piece
- Egg masala – 1 big spoon
- Pepper powder – ½ spoon
How to prepare Soya – Paneer with Egg Masala?
- Cook soya adding a little salt, pepper powder and water. Squeeze its water content once cooked.
- Fry paneer in golden brown colour using a little oil. Keep them aside. Fry soya in the remaining oil.
- Filter soya from oil completely and then fry onions in the remaining oil till it becomes golden brown.
- When it is done, add green chillies, ginger and tomato and sauté it well. Add egg masala and mix contents well.
- Add sufficient salt and water and cook again in low flame with lid closed.
- When gravy becomes thick, add prepared soya and paneer pieces to it and mix well.
- Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
