Ingredients for Soya – Paneer with Egg Masala:

  1. Soaked soya – ½ cup
  2. Paneer cubes – ½ cup
  3. Oil – 50 gm
  4. Sliced onion – 2
  5. Green chillies split into two – 4
  6. Tomato sliced thin – 1
  7. Ginger finely chopped – 1 piece
  8. Egg masala – 1 big spoon
  9. Pepper powder – ½ spoon

How to prepare Soya – Paneer with Egg Masala?

  1. Cook soya, adding a little salt, pepper powder and water. Squeeze its water content once cooked.
  2. Fry paneer in golden brown, adding a little oil. Keep them aside. Fry soya in the remaining oil.
  3. Filter the soya from the oil completely, and then fry onions in the remaining oil till they become golden brown.
  4. When it is done, add green chillies, ginger and tomato and sauté them well. Add egg masala and mix the contents well.
  5. Add sufficient salt and water, and cook again in a low flame with the lid closed.
  6. When the gravy turns thick, add prepared soya and paneer pieces and mix well.
  7. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
