What kind of festival is it without chocolates! While making homemade chocolates you can keep note of these simple tips, which can help you a lot in improving the quality of your chocolate.

1. If you want to prepare good quality chocolate you should choose best compound. It is the quality of the ingredients used in chocolate making process which determine the overall quality, texture and taste of the chocolate.

2. Chocolate mould, vessels, bowls and tools used in the process should be cleaned well, dried and free of moisture.

3. If you use coco butter your chocolate will get an extra glow.

4. While preparing chocolate mixture, if you add a pinch of salt it improves the flavour of the chocolate.

5. You should tap well after pouring chocolate into the mould. Otherwise small bubbles or holes can appear.

6. Chocolate after demoulding should be stored in air tight containers in dark spaces.
