Sesame Seeds – Spinach Fry (Ellu – Cheera Fry)
Ingredients for Sesame Seeds – Spinach Fry (Ellu – Cheera Fry):
1. Green spinach – 2 bundle
2. Oil – For frying
3. Sesame oil – 2 big spoons
4. Crushed chillies/Green chillies chopped – 1 small spoon
5. Salt – As per taste
Sugar – 1 big spoon
Sesame seeds fried – 1 big spoon
How to prepare Sesame Seeds – Spinach Fry (Ellu – Cheera Fry)?
1. Clean spinach and separate it from stem.
2. Completely remove moisture from leaves and chop lengthwise.
3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chopped leaves till they turn crispy.
4. Check the heat of oil while frying spinach. You can fry in two courses.
5. Spread them on a tissue paper.
6. Heat sesame oil and fry crushed chillies/green chillies.
7. Add fried spinach to it and stir well.
8. Add ingredients no: 5 on top and gently toss it.
9. Put off the flame and serve hot before spinach losses crispness.
10. If you want to serve later, store it in preheated oven.
