
Ingredients for Sausage and Pasta Salad:
- Sausage – 200 gm
- Oil – As required
- Salt and pepper- As needed
- Fusilli pasta – 2 cups
- Olive oil – 2 big spoons
- Lemon juice – 1 big spoon
Thai fish sauce – 1 big spoon
Honey – 2 small spoons - Onion – 1, sliced thin
Salad cucumber cut into 1-inch square pieces after removing skin – 1 cup
Tomato sliced thin lengthwise – 2
Mint leaves chopped – 1 big spoon
How to prepare Sausage and Pasta Salad?
- Slice the sausage into thin, round pieces.
- Add sufficient salt and pepper powder. Shallow-fry the sausage pieces in a little oil.
- In a big bowl, boil water. Add salt and cook the pasta.
- Add cold water and strain it.
- Toss the pasta with olive oil and keep it aside.
- Mix ingredients no: 6 together in a small pan and heat them on a medium flame for a few minutes.
- Add ingredients no: 7 and mix well.
- Add sausage pieces, mix well, and turn off the flame.
- Add sufficient salt and pepper.
- Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl.
- Pour the sausage mixture on top and serve.
