Sausage and Pasta Salad recipe

Ingredients for Sausage and Pasta Salad:

  1. Sausage – 200 gm
  2. Oil – As required
  3. Salt and pepper- As needed
  4. Fusilli pasta – 2 cups
  5. Olive oil – 2 big spoons
  6. Lemon juice – 1 big spoon
    Thai fish sauce – 1 big spoon
    Honey – 2 small spoons
  7. Onion – 1, sliced thin
    Salad cucumber cut into 1-inch square pieces after removing skin – 1 cup
    Tomato sliced thin lengthwise – 2
    Mint leaves chopped – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Sausage and Pasta Salad?

  1. Slice the sausage into thin, round pieces.
  2. Add sufficient salt and pepper powder. Shallow-fry the sausage pieces in a little oil.
  3.  In a big bowl, boil water. Add salt and cook the pasta.
  4. Add cold water and strain it.
  5. Toss the pasta with olive oil and keep it aside.
  6. Mix ingredients no: 6 together in a small pan and heat them on a medium flame for a few minutes.
  7. Add ingredients no: 7 and mix well.
  8. Add sausage pieces, mix well, and turn off the flame.
  9. Add sufficient salt and pepper.
  10. Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl.
  11. Pour the sausage mixture on top and serve.
