Samosa Potli

Ingredients for Samosa Potli:

1. Maida – 1 cup

    Rava – 1 big spoon

    Ghee – ¼ cup

    Salt – For taste

2. Oil – As required

3. Cumin – 1 small spoon

    Green chillies chopped – 3

    Ginger chopped – 1-inch piece

4. Coriander powder – 1 small spoon

    Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

    Cumin powder – 1 small spoon

5. Minced mutton – ¼ cup

6. Curd – ¾ cup

7. Garam masala – 1 small spoon

8. Coriander leaves chopped – A little

How to prepare Samosa Potli?

1. Prepare dough using ingredients no: 1, adding lukewarm water.

2. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.

3. Make 20 balls of equal size from the dough.

4. Heat oil and sputter cumin seeds.

5. Sauté ginger and green chillies.

6. Add ingredients no: 4, sauté well and add minced mutton.

7. Add curd and cook in high flame for 10 minutes.

8. Sprinkle garam masala powder and coriander leaves, and put the flame off

9. Roll 3-inch pooris from the dough balls.

10. Place a little filling inside each poori and close the ends to form a bundle like structure.

11. Use a little water to stick the ends.

12. Deep fry them in hot oil and serve with sauce of your choice.
