Rupan Bal – Punjabi actor popular for his comedy YouTube videos

Rupan Bal is a Canada-based Punjabi actor and Youtuber. In collaboration with YouTube personality Jus Reign of Indian origin, he released many comedy YouTube videos, and those videos became an instant hit. He has directed a few music videos, appeared in a few as a model and has also acted in a couple of Punjabi films – Haani (2013) in a supporting role and 22g Tussi Ghaint Ho (2015) in a lead role. Among his comic videos, his role as an angry Punjabi mother is most popular, and he has created numerous videos as such.

Rupan Bal was born into a Sikh family in Punjab in 1990. His family moved to Canada when he was 14, and later he was raised at Brampton, Ontario. After graduating in Criminology he joined hands with Jus Reign to produce comic videos, and got noticed. He met Jus reign during his first year at college. He now owns Rupan Bal Films company, and produces and directs music and funny videos too. He also shoots and releases videos based on social issues to create awareness among people.
