Matar Pulao recipe

Ingredients for Peas Pulao:

1. Biryani rice – 2 cups

2. Salt – As required

3. Ghee – 2 big spoons

4. Cloves – 2

    Cardamom – 4

    Cinnamon – 1 small piece

5. Green peas cooked – 1 cup

How to prepare Peas Pulao?

1. Add a little ghee and cook rice, adding sufficient water.

2. Heat ghee and fry cloves, cinnamo,n and cardamom.

3. Add cooked green peas and mix well all the ingredients.

4. Add the cooked rice to it, mix well, and take it off the flame.
