Paneer Peas Kuruma

Ingredients for Paneer Peas Kuruma:

1. Green peas cooked – 3 cups

2. Paneer – 150 gm

3. Tomato puree – 3 table spoons

4. Ginger paste – 1 tsp

5. Garlic paste – 1.5 tsp

6. Red chilli paste– ½ tsp

7. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

8. Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon

How to prepare Paneer Peas Kuruma?

1. Crush 1.5 cups of peas.

2. Crush paneer also.

3. Add 2 tsp water to a saucepan and add tomato puree.

4. Reduce the flame and sauté for 1 minute.

5. Add crushed peas and sauté for 3 minutes.

6. Add remaining peas and other ingredients, and sauté for 4 minutes.

7. When contents are well sauted, add 1.5 cups of water and close the lid.

8. Reduce the flame and cook till peas are well cooked.

9. Add paneer and put off the flame after 2 minutes.

10. Serve with chapatis.
