Paneer Kati Roll with Green Chutney

Ingredients for Paneer Kati Roll with Green Chutney:

1. Chapatis – As required

For green chutney:

1. Mint leaves, Cilantro – 1 cup

2. Green chillies – 1

3. Ginger – 1 small piece

4. Garlic – 2 cloves

5. Coconut grated– 2 big spoons

6. Groundnut – 2 big spoons

7. Salt – For taste

To marinate paneer:

1. Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

2. Turmeric powder, Ajwain powder, Chaat Masala – ¼ tsp each

3. Coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder – ½ small spoon each

4. Ginger-garlic paste – ½ small spoon each

5. Curd – 6 big spoons

6. Vinegar – 1 small spoon

7. Paneer pieces – 200 gm

8. Salt, oil – As required

For vegetable salad:

1. Cabbage chopped – 1 cup

2. Carrot chopped – 1 cup

3. Capsicum chopped – 1 cup

4. Chaat masala – 1 small spoon

5. Lemon juice – 1 small spoon

6. Salt – For taste

How to prepare Paneer Kati Roll with Green Chutney?

1. Make a paste of the ingredients of green chutney and keep aside.

2. Marinate paneer pieces using the powders, followed by ginger-garlic paste, vinegar and curd.

3. Allow marinated paneer pieces to rest for half an hour.

4. Heat oil and deep fry paneer pieces.

5. To prepare a vegetable salad, add chaat masala, salt and lemon juice to the vegetables and mix the contents well.

6. Apply green chutney on one side of a chapatti.

7. Spread paneer pieces, followed by vegetable salad.

8. Roll the chapatti, and the fillings should be enclosed. Your Paneer Kati Roll is ready.
