Paneer Chandini recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Chandini:

1. Paneer – ½ kg

2. Cashew nut – 100gm

    Ginger – 50 gm

    Green chillies – 5

    Khova – 200 gm

    Cardamom – 2

3. Ghee – 150 gm

4. Cloves – 3

    Cardamom – 3

5. Onions chopped – 2

6. White pepper powder – As needed

    Salt – As needed

7. Milk – 200 milli

8. Coriander leaves chopped – 1 big spoon

    Almonds – 3, chopped fine

    Saffron – 1 pinch dissolved in 1 small spoon of water

How to prepare Paneer Chandini?

1. Cut paneer into small square pieces.

2. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2.

3. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 4.

4. Add onions to it and sauté for a while.

5. Before onions change their colour, add the cashew-khova paste and stir continuously.

6. When it’s well sauted, add pepper powder, salt and paneer.

7. Paneer pieces should never be broken. So take extra care while mixing,

8. Add milk to it, mix well and take it off the flame.

9. Decorate with ingredients no: 8 before you serve.
