Orange Jelly is an easy citrus dessert recipe, suitable for all occasions. It is a perfect fruity treat for summer and parties.

Ingredients for Orange Jelly:
- Orange juice – 2 cups
Sugar – ¼ cup - Gelatine – 3 small spoons
Water – 3 big spoons - Orange pieces, after removing skin and seeds – 1 cup
How to prepare Orange Jelly?
- Melt sugar in orange juice.
- Using the double-boiling method, place that bowl inside boiling water and heat it.
- Soak gelatine in water.
- Using the double-boiling method, place that bowl inside boiling water and melt it.
- Add melted gelatine to the orange juice and beat the contents well.
- Then allow it to set.
- When the jelly is half-set, add orange pieces and pour them into moulds.
- Refrigerate the orange jellies and allow them to set.
- Take them out at the time of serving and transfer to serving bowls.
- Pour a little cream or custard on top and serve.
