Orange Jelly is an easy citrus dessert recipe, suitable for all occasions. It is a perfect fruity treat for summer and parties.

Orange Jelly dessert

Ingredients for Orange Jelly:

  1. Orange juice – 2 cups
    Sugar – ¼ cup
  2. Gelatine – 3 small spoons
    Water – 3 big spoons
  3. Orange pieces, after removing skin and seeds – 1 cup

How to prepare Orange Jelly?

  1. Melt sugar in orange juice.
  2. Using the double-boiling method, place that bowl inside boiling water and heat it.
  3. Soak gelatine in water.
  4. Using the double-boiling method, place that bowl inside boiling water and melt it.
  5. Add melted gelatine to the orange juice and beat the contents well.
  6.  Then allow it to set.
  7. When the jelly is half-set, add orange pieces and pour them into moulds.
  8. Refrigerate the orange jellies and allow them to set.
  9. Take them out at the time of serving and transfer to serving bowls.
  10. Pour a little cream or custard on top and serve.
