Nannaari Puthina Juice (Sarsaparilla Mint Juice)

Ingredients for Nannaari Puthina Juice (Sarsaparilla Mint Juice):

1. Kiwi juice – 1 cup

    Lemon – 1

    Mint leaves – 5

    Mango ginger (A type of ginger with the aroma of mango) – 1 small piece

    Ginger – 1 small piece

    Sugar – As required

2. Kuskus – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Nannaari Puthina Juice (Sarsaparilla Mint Juice)?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 and grind well in a mixer.

2. Filter the juice and keep aside.

3. Soak kuskus in a little water for a while and then add to the Kiwi Mint Juice.

4. Place in refrigerator for a while and serve chilled.
