Karikk Mousse (Tender Coconut Mousse)
Ingredients for Karikk Mousse (Tender Coconut Mousse):
1. Milk – ½ litre
2. China grass – 20 gm
Warm water – 1 big spoon
3. Coconut milk – 200 milli
Tender coconut – 100 gm
4. Whipped cream – 400 gm
How to prepare Karikk Mousse (Tender Coconut Mousse)?
1. Boil milk in a thick bottomed pan.
2. Dissolve china grass in warm water and add to milk.
3. Stir the milk and put off the flame. Allow it to cool.
4. Blend together coconut milk and tender coconut and add to milk mixture.
5. Beat the contents together and slowly blend it with whipped cream.
6. Transfer the contents to serving bowls and refrigerate.
7. Allow your Tender Coconut Mousse to set and serve chilled.
