Ferrero Rocher Cup Cakes
Ingredients for Ferrero Rocher Cup Cakes:
1. Sugar powdered – 2.5 cups
Butter – 1 cup
2. Yellow yolk – 4
Salt – A pinch
3. Coco powder – 5 big spoons
4. Baking soda – 1 small spoon
Maida – 2.5 cups
5. White yolk – 4
6. Curd – ¾ – 1 cup
For Frosting:
7. Butter – 1/ cup
8. Sugar powdered – 250 gm
9. Nutella – 300 gm
Fresh cream – 2-3 big spoons
10. Ferrero Rocher Toffees – To decorate
How to prepare Ferrero Rocher Cup Cakes?
1. Pre-heat oven in 180 degree celsious.
2. Beat well ingredients no: 1.
3. Add ingredients no: 2 to it and beat again.
4. Mix coco powder in hot water and allow to cool.
5. Then add butter mixture and beat it slowly.
6. Blend well ingredients no: 4.
7. Beat well the white yolk.
8. Add white yolk and maida mixture alternatively in coco mixture and mix it well.
9. Add curd and mix again to prepare the batter.
10. Fill 3/4th of the cake cups with this batter and bake them in pre-heated oven for 20-30 minutes till it’s done.
11. To prepare frosting, beat butter first, and add sugar powder and beat again.
12. Add Nutella and fresh cream and beat again.
13. Transfer the contents to a piping bag and put a nozzle of your choice.
14. Frost it as you please and decorate them with Ferrero Rocher Toffees.
15. You can smash Ferrero Rocher and use them to decorate cupcakes.
16. You can frost once more too.
