Ingredients for Mutton Thalachor Kurumulakil Thaalichath (Mutton Brain Tempered In Pepper):

1. Mutton brain – 1

2. Onions – 1

3. Green chilli – 1

4. Ginger chopped – 1 tsp

5. Garlic chopped – 1 tsp

6. Tomato – 1

7. Coriander leaves – A little

8. Turmeric powder – 2 pinch

9. Red chili powder – 2 tsp (or as per needed)

10. Salt – For taste

11. Butter – 2 tsp

12. Oil – As needed

13. Pepper powder – 1 tsp

How to prepare Mutton Thalachor Kurumulakil Thaalichath (Mutton Brain Tempered In Pepper)?

1. Heat butter and sauté onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger and tomato.

2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.

3. Add brain and mix again.

4. Cook it well.

5. Add oil and pepper powder, mix well and serve.
