Ingredients for Mutta Roast (Egg Roast):
- Eggs – 3
- Chilli powder – 1½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1½ tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Fennel – ½ tsp
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 3 - Oil – 6 tsp
Onion – 1 cup, sliced lengthwise
Tomato – ¼ cup, finely chopped
How to prepare Mutta Roast (Egg Roast)?
- Boil the eggs, remove the shells, cut them in half, and arrange them on serving plates.
- Grind the second set of ingredients into a fine paste.
- Heat oil and sauté onions. Once translucent, add the ground paste and sauté on low heat.
- When the oil separates, add finely chopped tomatoes and continue sautéing on low heat.
- Once the gravy thickens well, remove it from the stove and pour it over the eggs before serving.
