How to prepare Mixed grill – Beef with Chicken?
- Marinate chicken suing sufficient salt and lemon juice.
- Tie chicken’s legs together. In an oven proof plate, spread celery and onion. Apply butter to chicken and cook well in pre-heated oven.
- When one side is cooked well, flip once and cook the other side too. When it’s done, cut into pieces.
- Marinate the beef piece using ingredients 5 and keep it aside for half an hour. Roast it and then cook it well using sufficient water. Again fry the cooked beef. (Never take its gravy for frying)
- From the remaining gravy, take 5 big spoons and mix it well with ingredients listed under 6.
- Marinate liver and kidney taking 4-5 spoons of this gravy and keep it aside.
- After a few minutes, heat oil and add marinated liver and kidney and cook well. When liver is almost cooked, add a little water and cook till water is absorbed completely.
- Slice onion as circular pieces and sauté well in heated oil. Then add pepper powder, salt and vinegar. Stir it well and take it from flame.
- Cook sausage for 5 minutes and fry it along with salami.
- Cut tomatoes into 2 halves each and fry in hot oil.
- Marinate chicken and beef pieces with remaining gravy and keep them separately.
- Heat vanaspathi and add sliced pineapple pieces (round pieces) and cook it.
- In the serving plate, place pine apple pieces in the centre. They should be arranged like rings. On either side, place chicken and beef pieces.
- Decorate it using tomatoes and onions. Round pieces give them a nice look.
- Make bull’s eye from eggs and place here and there to serve.
