Minced Meat Pulao and Coriander Leaf Chutney

Minced meat ingredients:

  1. Cooked and minced meat – ½ kg
  2. Onion chopped – 3
  3. Tomato chopped – 3
  4. Ginger grinded – 1 inch piece
  5. Garlic grinded – 7 cloves
  6. Chilli powder – 1 spoon
  7. Vinegar – 2 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves – 1 bundle
  9. Ghee – 3 big spoons

Method of preparation of Minced Meat:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté onions. When it’s done add tomato and sauté again.
  2. When tomato is cooked add ginger, garlic and chilli powder and sauté again.
  3. Add minced meat and sauté till becomes golden brown.
  4. Add a little hot water along with salt.
  5. When it’s cooked add coriander leaves and reduce its flame.
  6. Add a little vinegar and put the flame off.
  7. Meat side dish should be dry.

Coriander chutney ingredients:

  1. Coriander leaves – 1 bundle
  2. Green chillies – 6-7
  3. Coconut scrapped – ½ cup
  4. Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  5. Ginger – half inch piece
  6. Garlic – 4 cloves
  7. Lemon juice – Of half lemon
  8. Sugar – a pinch
  9. Salt – as needed

Method of preparation of Coriander Chutney:

Grind all the ingredients together to get coriander chutney.
 

Soup ingredients:

  1. Mutton bone – ½ kg
  2. Water – 4 cups
  3. Cinnamon 1 inch piece – 2
  4. Cloves – 5
  5. Crushed pepper – ½ tsp
  6. Garlic crushed – 3 cloves

Method of preparation of Soup:

  1. Cook all ingredients together in a pressure cooker.
  2. Drain soup. Serve hot.

Pulao rice ingredients:

  1. Basmati rice – 2 cup
  2. Soup – 4 cups

Method of preparation of Rice Pulao:

  1. Pre-heat oven 150 degree Celsius
  2. Cook rice in 4 cup of soups. Dry moisture completely.
  3. Apply a little ghee on baking dish
  4. Spread a little mint meat on the dish. Spread rice on the top and pour chutney on the top.
  5. Repeat the steps 5 times. Mint meat layer should come on the top.
  6. Pour butter here and there on the top by making small troughs.
  7. Close tightly with a lid and bake in pre-heat oven for 25 minutes in 150 degree Celsius.
  8. Decorate using fried cashew nuts and raisins, onion slices and boiled egg pieces.
