Filled Cutlet or Stuffed Cutlet is slightly different from a normal veg or non-veg cutlet. They turn rich with extra stuffing and become nutritious. You can try this Meat-Filled Cutlet, which uses raw banana and minced meat as key ingredients. Also read: Fish Stuffed Cutlet Recipe.

Ingredients for Meat-Filled Cutlet:
- Raw banana – 1
Colocasia – 1 - Red chilli powder – 1 small spoon
Salt – For taste - Rice powder – 3 big spoons
Corn flour – 1 big spoon - Oil – 3 big spoons
- Onions – 1, chopped fine
Green chilli – 1
Ginger – ½ inch piece crushed
Garlic – 4 cloves, crushed - Meat minced – 100 gm, cooked
- Garam masala powder – 1/4 small spoon
- White yolk – From 2 eggs
- Oil – For frying
How to prepare Meat-Filled Cutlet?
- Remove the skin of the banana and colocasia, and wash well.
- Cook them, adding ingredients listed under No: 2.
- When it’s done, smash well before it is cooled completely.
- Add the ingredients listed under No: 3 to it and mix well.
- Heat oil and sauté the ingredients listed under No: 5.
- When onions are sauteed well, reduce the flame.
- Add meat and garam masala powder, mix well and take off the flame.
- Apply a little oil to your palm.
- Place a little vegetable mixture in your palm and spread it.
- Place a little meat filling inside your palm and spread it once again. Minced meat should be fully stuffed.
- Dip each cutlet in beaten white yolk and deep-fry in hot oil.
