Mango Sago Dessert
Ingredients for Mango Sago Dessert:
1. Mango – 1, finely chopped
2. Mango juice – 1 cup
Coconut milk – ½ cup
Milk – ¼ cup
3. Sugar – as needed
4. Cooked sago – ½ cup
5. Sweet Pomelo, sliced almonds – For garnish
How to prepare Mango Sago Dessert?
1. Peel off the skin and finely chop the mango, then refrigerate.
2. Mix the second ingredient and blend well.
3. Add sugar if more sweetness is needed.
4. Add the mango and cooked sago, mix well, and refrigerate to chill.
5. Serve in bowls, garnished with pomelo segments and sliced almonds.
