Makkacholam Varuval (Baby Corn Fry)

Ingredients for Makkacholam Varuval (Baby Corn Fry):

1. Rice flour – 100 gm

    Bengal gram – 200 gm

    Chilli powder – 2 big spoons

    Turmeric powder – 2 small spoons

    Salt – For taste

2. Baby corn – 200 gm

3. Oil – 1 litre

How to prepare Makkacholam Varuval (Baby Corn Fry)?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together.

2. Add sufficient water to it and prepare the batter of thick consistency.

3. Cut baby corn into lengthy pieces.

4. Dip each piece in the batter and deep fry in hot oil.

5. Serve baby corn fry with chopped onions.
