Konkani Dosa

Ingredients for Konkani Dosa:

  1. Ponni rice (Pachari/raw rice) – 1 cup
  2. Jaggery – as needed
  3. Methi – 3/4 tsp
  4. Salt, ghee and baking soda – as needed

Method of preparation of Konkani Dosa:

  1. Soak rice and fenu greek seeds separately.
  2. Grind together. It should be well grinded.
  3. Powder jaggery and add to rice batter and place it to sour, overnight.
  4. Add salt and baking soda in the morning and mix the contents well.
  5. Spread ghee in the tawa and make dosas.
  6. Serve them with thick coconut milk.
