Honey-glazed Mutton recipe

Ingredients for Honey-glazed Mutton:

1. Mutton (Undercut) – 750 gm

2. Salt and pepper powder – As required

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

    Ginger-garlic paste – 1 big spoon

    Vinegar – 1 big spoon

3. Corn flour – ½ cup

    Salt and pepper powder – As required

4. Oil – For preparation

5. Onions chopped fine – 1 cup

    Celery chopped fine – 1 big spoon

    Ginger chopped fine – 1 big spoon

    Garlic chopped fine – 1 big spoon

6. Tomato sauce – 1 big spoon

    Honey – 1 big spoon

    Lemon juice – 1 big spoon

7. Sesame seeds – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Honey-glazed Mutton?

1. Clean mutton and marinate it using ingredients no: 2.

2. After one hour, pressure cook the meat.

3. When it cools completely, cut into thin, lengthy strips.

4. Mix together ingredients no: 3 and wrap the mutton pieces in it.

5. Deep fry them in hot oil.

6. Heat 2 big spoons of oil and sauté ingredients no: 5.

7. When it’s done, add ingredients no: 6 and mix well.

8. Add fried mutton pieces and sesame seeds, and slowly toss them.

9. Serve hot.
