Cinnabon Cake, also commonly called Cinnamon Roll Cake or Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Cake is a popular homemade cake that captures the iconic flavours of Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, instead of individual rolled buns. It’s essentially a moist vanilla or white cake with warm cinnamon, rich buttery brown sugar, and sweet vanilla. A sweet vanilla glaze or sometimes cream cheese frosting is drizzled over the top to give a final touching. Here is an easy homemade recipe of this delicious cake, which you can serve as a tea cake in the evening.

Ingredients for Cinnabon Cake Recipe:
1. Maida – 3 cups
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Sugar – 1 cup
Baking powder – 4 tsp
2. Milk – 1 1/2 cups
Eggs – 2
Vanilla essence – 2 tsp
3. Unsalted butter – 4 tbsp
For topping
4. Butter – 1 cup
Brown sugar – 1 cup
Cinnamon powder – 1 tbsp
For syrup
5. Powdered sugar – 2 cups
Milk – 4 1/2 tbsp
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
How to prepare Cinnabon Cake Recipe?
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius.
- Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf tin well.
- Line it with butter paper.
- Mix the first set of ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the second set of ingredients to it and beat gently to combine.
- Add the melted butter and beat well to prepare the batter.
- Pour this batter into the prepared greased pan.
- To prepare the topping, mix the fourth set of ingredients in a bowl and beat well.
- Put it into a piping bag and pipe over the cake. You can also spread it directly over the cake.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Mix the fifth set of ingredients and prepare the syrup.
- Pour the syrup over the cake two minutes after taking it out from the oven, thus allowing it to cool and set for a few minutes.
- Serve warm.
