Roti with Besan recipe

Ingredients for Healthy Roti with Besan:

1. Wheat flour – 2 cups

2. Besan (Gram flour) – ½ cup

3. Potatoes cooked and grated – 1

4. Spinach – 1 cup

5. Green chillies chopped – 2

6. Curd – 4 tablespoons

7. Salt – As required

How to prepare Healthy Roti with Besan?

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Knead the dough and allow it to rest for some time.

3. Make small balls from the dough.

4. Spread them to thin chapatis and cook in a non-stick tawa.

5. Flip both sides to cook well.
