Healthy Chicken Mix recipe

Ingredients for Healthy Chicken Mix:

  1. Boneless chicken cut into pieces – 300 gm
  2. Red chilli paste – 20 gm
    Ginger chopped – 25 gm
    Garlic chopped – 25 gm
    Cowpeas (Vanpayar) – 100 gm
    Groundnut oil – 10 milli
    Salt and pepper – For taste
    Soya sauce – 10 gm

How to prepare the Healthy Chicken Mix?

  1. Mix ingredients no: 2 in a bowl.
  2. Marinate chicken using this masala and rest for half an hour.
  3. Steam cook chicken till it’s well-cooked.
