
Ingredients for Fruit Smoothies:
For Cherry Caviar:
- Tinned cherry – 250 gm
- Thick curd – 2/3 cups
Sugar – For taste - Cherry – To decorate
For Kiwi Cooler:
- Kiwi – 4, cut into 4 pieces after removing skin
Soda lemon water – ¾ cup - Strawberry ice-cream – 2 big spoons
For Mango & Orange Smoothie:
- Mango – 1 big, cut into pieces
- Orange juice – From 2 medium-sized oranges
Mango ice-cream – 3 scoops - Orange skin peeled – To decorate
For Honey Dew Smoothie:
- Musk melon – ¼ kg
Water – 1.5 cups
Honey – 2 big spoons
How to prepare Fruit Smoothies?
- To prepare Cherry Caviar, beat the cherries and syrup with the curd and sugar.
- Transfer the Cherry Caviar to serving glasses.
- Place cherries on its top by using a toothpick, and serve.
- To prepare the Kiwi cooler, beat together the kiwis and soda lemon water.
- Transfer the contents to serving glasses, place the ice cream on top, and serve.
- To prepare the Mango & Orange Smoothie, beat together the mango, ice cream, and orange juice.
- Transfer the smoothie to serving glasses and decorate with orange skin.
- To prepare Honey Dew Smoothie, beat well watermelon with honey and water.
- Transfer to glasses and serve.
