Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients for Fruit Smoothies:

For Cherry Caviar:

  1. Tinned cherry – 250 gm
  2. Thick curd – 2/3 cups
    Sugar – For taste
  3. Cherry – To decorate

For Kiwi Cooler:

  1. Kiwi – 4, cut into 4 pieces after removing skin
    Soda lemon water – ¾ cup
  2. Strawberry ice-cream – 2 big spoons

For Mango & Orange Smoothie:

  1. Mango – 1 big, cut into pieces
  2. Orange juice – From 2 medium-sized oranges
    Mango ice-cream – 3 scoops
  3. Orange skin peeled – To decorate

For Honey Dew Smoothie:

  1. Musk melon – ¼ kg
    Water – 1.5 cups
    Honey – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Fruit Smoothies?

  1. To prepare Cherry Caviar, beat the cherries and syrup with the curd and sugar.
  2. Transfer the Cherry Caviar to serving glasses.
  3. Place cherries on its top by using a toothpick, and serve.
  4. To prepare the Kiwi cooler, beat together the kiwis and soda lemon water.
  5. Transfer the contents to serving glasses, place the ice cream on top, and serve.
  6. To prepare the Mango & Orange Smoothie, beat together the mango, ice cream, and orange juice.
  7. Transfer the smoothie to serving glasses and decorate with orange skin.
  8. To prepare Honey Dew Smoothie, beat well watermelon with honey and water.
  9. Transfer to glasses and serve.
