Fruit Skewers

Ingredients for Fruit Skewers:

1. Sugar – 1.5 to 2 cups

    Milk – 2 cups

    Coco powder – 5 big spoons

    Butter – 100 gm

2. Kiwi, pineapple, apple, banana (or seasonal fruits of your preference) – As required

How to prepare Fruit Skewers?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 in a thick bottomed pan.

2. Heat it gently in a hob and allow sugar to melt completely. Keep stirring.

3. When it is done, allow the mixture to reach room temperature, and then refrigerate it. This mixture is known as chocolate fudge sauce.

4. Cut fruits into small square pieces.

5. When you cut apple, gently rub with lemon juice to prevent change of colour.

6. In small skewers, skew 3 or 4 type of fruits one each.

7. Dip skewers in chocolate fudge sauce before you serve.
