Fried Idli with Chicken Keema


Ingredients for Fried Idli with Chicken Keema:

1. Small idlis – 4, cut into small square pieces and deep fried in oil

2. Coconut oil – As needed

3. Garlic chopped fine – 1 small spoon

    Ginger chopped fine – 1 small spoon

    Onion chopped fine – 2 small spoons

    Green chillies chopped fine – 1 small spoon

    Tomatoes chopped fine – 2 small spoons

4. Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

    Turmeric powder – 1/2 small spoon

    Coriander powder – 1 small spoon

    Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon

    Salt – For taste

5. Chicken minced – 200 gm

How to prepare Fried Idli with Chicken Keema?

1.Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 3.

2. Add ingredients no: 4 to it and sauté again.

3. When it is done, add minced chicken and cook it well.

4. Add fried idli pieces to it and mix well.

5. Serve hot.
