Fish Masala Fry

 

Ingredients for Fish Masala Fry:

1. Fish cleaned and cut into slices – 250 gm

2. Shallots – 10

    Garlic – 5 cloves

    Ginger – 1 small piece

    Pepper – 1 big spoon

    Fennel seeds – ½ big spoon

    Tomato – 1, medium sized

    Curry leaves – 2 stems

    Turmeric powder – ½ big spoon

    Chilli powder – 2 big spoons

    Lemon juice – 1 big spoon

    Salt – As needed

3. Coconut oil – For frying

4. Curry leaves – A handful

How to prepare Fish Masala Fry?

1. Clean fish, cut into slices and make small cuts on its body.

2. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2 and marinate fish pieces.

3. Allow fish to rest at least for an hour.

4. Heat coconut oil in a pan and deep fry fish in medium flame.

5. Add a lot of curry leaves and fry till it’s done.

6. Take extra care so that masala won’t get burned.
