Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients for Egg Drop Soup:

1. Water – 4 cups

    Soya sauce – ½ big spoon

    Soup cube – 1

    Salt and pepper – As per taste

2. Oil – 1 big spoon

3. Onion chopped fine – 2 big spoons

    Celery chopped fine – 2 big spoons

4. Corn flour – 2 big spoons, mixed with a little water

5. Egg – 1, beaten

How to prepare Egg Drop Soup?

1. Heat ingredients no: 1 in a pan.

2. At the same time, heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 3.

3. When it’s done, add it to the boiling soup and stir continuously.

4. Add corn flour solution and allow the contents to thicken.

5. Pour beaten egg (like a thread).

6. Mix it well and serve hot.
