Curried Vegetable Noodles recipe

Ingredients for Curried Vegetable Noodles:

  1. Coriander powder – 20 gm
    Asafoetida powder – ½ small spoon
    Turmeric powder – A pinch
    Cumin powder – ¼ small spoon
    Methi leaves chopped fine – ¼ small spoon
    Coriander leaves – 20 gm
    Coconut grated – 50 gm
    Tomato chopped into square pieces – 100 gm
    Raisins – 30 gm
    Tamarind – 20 gm
    Curry leaves – 5 gm
    Lemon juice – 2.5 big spoons
    Salt – For taste
  2. Cabbage chopped into matchstick-like thin pieces – 50 gms
    Carrot chopped into matchstick-like thin pieces – 100 gms
    Red capsicum chopped into matchstick-like thin pieces – 50 gms
    Yellow chopped into matchstick-like thin pieces – 50 gms
    Purple cabbage chopped into matchstick-like thin pieces – 50 gms
    Coriander leaves chopped – 50 gm

How to prepare Curried Vegetable Noodles?

  1. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 1 using a mixer, and prepare the dressing.
  2. Add ingredients no: 2 to it and mix well.
  3. Check salt and lemon juice, and add extra if needed.
