
Ingredients for Coffee Praline Pineapple Pudding:
- Instant coffee powder – 2 small spoons
Boiled water – Half a cup
Sugar – For taste - China grass – 5 grams
Water – Half a cup - Milk – 500 m
Condensed milk – 250 milli - Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon
- Pineapple chopped into tiny pieces – One cup
Sugar – Half cup - Arrowroot biscuits – 10
- Sugar – 3 big spoons
- Cashews – 25
How to prepare Coffee Praline Pineapple Pudding?
- Prepare coffee using ingredients:1.
- Soak the china grass in water.
- Add milk to the condensed milk and boil it.
- Add vanilla essence and mix it well.
- Add sugar to the pineapple, and saute it in a saucepan.
- Continue sauting until the sugar melts completely and is fully absorbed by the pineapple. Pineapple should be fried well.
- Melt the china grass and pour it hot into the milk mixture.
- Grease a pudding tray and keep aside.
- Dip each biscuit in coffee and spread it on the pudding tray.
- Spread pineapple on the top, followed by the milk mixture.
- When it cools, place it in the refrigerator and allow it to set.
- Caramelize sugar in a pan and add the nuts.
- Transfer it to a butter paper and allow it to cool.
- Coarsely grind it and spread it on the top of the pudding just before you serve.
