Coffee Praline Pineapple Pudding recipe

Ingredients for Coffee Praline Pineapple Pudding:

  1. Instant coffee powder – 2 small spoons
    Boiled water – Half a cup
    Sugar – For taste
  2. China grass – 5 grams
    Water – Half a cup
  3. Milk – 500 m
    Condensed milk – 250 milli
  4. Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon
  5. Pineapple chopped into tiny pieces – One cup
    Sugar – Half cup
  6. Arrowroot biscuits – 10
  7. Sugar – 3 big spoons
  8.  Cashews – 25

How to prepare Coffee Praline Pineapple Pudding?

  1. Prepare coffee using ingredients:1.
  2. Soak the china grass in water.
  3. Add milk to the condensed milk and boil it.
  4. Add vanilla essence and mix it well.
  5. Add sugar to the pineapple, and saute it in a saucepan.
  6. Continue sauting until the sugar melts completely and is fully absorbed by the pineapple. Pineapple should be fried well.
  7. Melt the china grass and pour it hot into the milk mixture.
  8. Grease a pudding tray and keep aside.
  9.  Dip each biscuit in coffee and spread it on the pudding tray.
  10. Spread pineapple on the top, followed by the milk mixture.
  11. When it cools, place it in the refrigerator and allow it to set.
  12. Caramelize sugar in a pan and add the nuts.
  13. Transfer it to a butter paper and allow it to cool.
  14. Coarsely grind it and spread it on the top of the pudding just before you serve.
