Coconut – Chocolate Pudding recipe

Ingredients for Coconut – Chocolate Pudding:

1. Salt-less butter – 55 gm

2. Brown sugar – 55 gm

3. Maida – 45 gm

4. Coco powder – 10 gm

5. Baking powder – ¾ tsp

6. Salt – A pinch

7. Egg – 1

8. Coconut cream (coconut grind, adding water) – 2 tablespoons

9. Espresso coffee powder – ½ teaspoon (mixed with 1 teaspoon boiled water)

To prepare sauce:

10. Dark chocolate – 75 gm

11. Double cream – 50 gm

12. Milk – 50 gm

13. Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon

How to prepare Coconut – Chocolate Pudding?

1. Grease a pudding base of 12-14 cm surface area using butter.

2. Place a butter paper inside it and grease it with butter.

3. Beat butter and sugar together in a bowl.

4. Strain maida into this bowl, followed by coco powder, baking powder, and salt.

5. Add egg, coconut cream, coffee powder, and water. Beat the contents well to prepare the batter.

6. Pour this batter into the greased mould and cover it with a foil paper.

7. Take a plate with some water and place the mould inside it.

8. Bake it for 45 minutes.

9. Separate the pudding from the mould using a knife and turn it upside down.

10. Heat the ingredients for the sauce in a pan till it boils.

11. Transfer the contents to a dish.

12. After a few minutes, beat it well and pour the sauce into a jug.

13. Remove the butter paper from the pudding and decorate it using the sauce.
