Coconut Balls recipe

Ingredients for Coconut Balls:

1. Marie biscuits – 340 gm, powdered into big granules

    Coconut grated – 100 gm

    Cashews cut into fine pieces – 120 gm

2. Condensed milk – 1 tin

3. Icing sugar – 2 big spoons

4. Coconut grated – To decorate

How to prepare Coconut Balls?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 in a big bowl.

2. Add condensed milk to it and mix well.

3. Place this mixture in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

4. Make balls with a 2.5 cm diameter.

5. Roll them in icing sugar and transfer to air-tight containers.

6. Place it in the refrigerator. Serve after 1 day.

7. Just before you serve, roll once in grated coconut.

8. You can also add the essence of your desired flavour while rolling.
