Chingan Pazham Varuthath (Banana Fried)
Ingredients for Chingan Pazham Varuthath (Banana Fried):
1. Maida – 2 cups
2. Sugar – ½ cup
3. Well-ripen Chingan banana made to a smooth paste – 2
4. Milk – 1 cup
5. Salt – As per taste
6. Water – ½ cup
7. Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
8. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Chingan Pazham Varuthath (Banana Fried)?
1. Mix ingredients 1 to 7 in a bowl. Avoid forming lumps.
2. Heat oil and pour this batter little by little.
3. Fry till it turns golden brown colour.
4. Place them in a tissue paper.
