Chinese Corn Soup

Ingredients for Chinese Corn Soup:

1. Mutton with bones, chicken, head of prawns cleaned together – ½ kg

    Water – 4 cups

    Celery chopped fine – 4 small spoons

    Onions sliced thin – ¼ cup

    Ginger chopped – 2 small spoons

2. Corn – 1 tin, crushed

3. Maida – 6 small spoons

    Water – ½ cup

4. Yellow yolk – 4

How to prepare Chinese Corn Soup?

1. Cook ingredients no: 1 for 15 minutes, and strain it.

2. Add crushed corn to the stock and mix well.

3. Heat the contents and allow to boil.

4. Mix maida in a little water and add to the boiling soup.

5. Beat yellow yolk of eggs and add to boiling soup when it turns thread like.

6. Stir the soup using a fork and take off the flame.

7. Serve hot.
