Chicken Roast with Sauces

Ingredients for Chicken Roast with Sauces:

1. Chicken – 1 kg, cleaned 

2. Garlic – 1 bulb 

    Ginger – 1 piece 

    Black pepper – 1 tablespoon 

3. Lime juice – 1 tablespoon 

   Tomato sauce – 1 tablespoon 

   Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon 

   Worcestershire sauce – 1 tablespoon 

   Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon 

   Salt – As required 

4. Oil – ½ cup 

5. Onion – ½, finely chopped 

6. All-purpose flour – ½ tablespoon 

How to prepare Chicken Roast with Sauces?

1. Clean the whole chicken thoroughly. 

2. Grind the second set of ingredients well and mix it with the third set of ingredients. Apply this mixture evenly on the chicken. 

3. Pierce the chicken all over with a fork and refrigerate overnight. 

4. Cook the chicken along with the marinade in a pressure cooker. Add a little water if needed. 

5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken, turning it occasionally. 

6. Slice the chicken using a sharp knife. 

7. In the same oil used for frying, sauté the chopped onion. 

8. Add the all-purpose flour and sauté well, then pour the chicken stock and bring it to a boil. 

9. Pour this sauce over the chicken before serving.
